Despite being a member-owned cooperative, the GHC Board has continuously rejected member participation and feedback on the union campaign.

The GHC Board did meet with concerned GHC members (GHC patients) about their union-busting strategy for approximately 20 minutes in March – but then refused to adopt or discuss any GHC member recommendations, despite being a member-owned cooperative.
GHC members have tried to set up a meeting with Leadership to discuss the union, but have been dismissed multiple times:
Elected officials submitted a letter of support for GHC workers, and the GHC Board of Directors defended their anti-union campaign in response.
